Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited and cannot be shipped using any of our services. Attempting to ship prohibited items may result in confiscation, legal action, and termination of your account.

Dangerous Goods

• Explosives, fireworks, ammunition, and weapons
• Flammable liquids and gases (petrol, lighter fluid, aerosols)
• Toxic and infectious substances
• Radioactive materials
• Corrosive substances (acids, alkalis)
• Magnetized materials
• Lithium batteries (unless properly declared and packaged)

Illegal Items

• Narcotics and illegal drugs
• Counterfeit goods and pirated materials

Packaging Requirements

• Ensure items are well-cushioned with bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts
• Fill empty spaces to prevent items from moving during transit
• Seal boxes securely with strong packing tape
• Remove or cover old shipping labels and barcodes

Special Packaging Requirements

• Fragile items: Double-box with extra cushioning, mark as "FRAGILE"
• Liquids: Use leak-proof containers, wrap in absorbent material
• Electronics: Use original packaging when possible, anti-static materials
• Documents: Use rigid envelopes or document tubes

International Shipping Requirements

Collection and Delivery Policies

Delivery Services

• Delivery attempts are made during standard business hours
• Signature may be required for delivery confirmation
• Safe place delivery available for some services
• Parcels may be held at local depot if delivery fails

Insurance and Liability

Parcel Protection is available for most shipments and provides coverage for loss or damage during transit. The level of coverage depends on the type of protection purchased and the nature of the items being shipped.

• Basic liability is limited to service charges unless Parcel Protection is purchased
• Maximum coverage varies by item type and destination
• Claims must be reported within specified time limits
• Proof of value may be required for claims processing
• Some items are excluded from coverage or have limited coverage

Compliance and Security

All shipments are subject to security screening and must comply with UAE and international shipping regulations. We reserve the right to inspect parcels and refuse shipments that do not meet our policies.

• Compliance with export/import regulations is mandatory
